* Employment Type: Full-Time
* Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
* Building strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions for clients.
* Identifying emerging opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
* Leading sales strategies, refining market approaches, analyzing your competitors and ensuring a competitive edge.
* Delivering presentations and closing deals with stakeholders.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably but not a must have within the coffee or catering equipment industry).
* A track record of smashing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* A natural relationship builder who thrives on making meaningful connections.
* An innovative thinker who spots opportunities before they arise.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
* A love for coffee and an interest in the latest industry trends.
