They will have a strong entrepreneurial drive and will work to attract new funding to the region from government and non-government sources to increase investment to meet the emerging health needs of the North Coast community. This role will develop and implement a comprehensive funding framework, fostering a culture of income diversification and growth across the organisation.The role will build strong relationships with key partners including government agencies, business and industry, philanthropy, community organisations, health and social services sector, ensuring enhanced support for health outcomes across the Healthy North Coast footprint.About youYou will have:Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable impact and aligning initiatives with organisational objectivesExcellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences including funders, the public and stakeholdersProject and program management experience with demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of complex projects with multiple sponsorsThe ability to develop, implement, and monitor business activities to support delivery of strategic and operational plansProven track record in cultivating strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including service providers, government agencies, philanthropic donors/investors, and private sector/corporate organisationsDemonstrated business development and fundraising skillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, support and coach to achieve success.A strong commitment to principles such as Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement, ensuring a workplace that aligns with these valuesRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent in management experience, 8+ yearsHow to ApplyPlease forward your resume and a maximum three-page cover letter demonstrating how you meet the above selection criteria to ****@hnc.org.au.
