Job Title: Administration Officer
Contract Type: 12 Months, February 2025 - January 2026, 38 hours per week
Salary: $75,545 + Super + Salary Packaging per annum
The Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing high-level administrative support to the Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the reception/front office area, taking calls, handling enquiries, greeting guests, and overseeing visitors to site.
* Provide diary management, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, project support, and fleet management services.
* Liaise with external and internal stakeholders on behalf of the service.
* Manage filing of documentation and prepare reports professionally, in a timely manner.
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Program staff.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
* Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity towards disadvantaged clients.
* Strong customer focus with the ability to apply initiative and problem-solve while managing reception.
* Demonstrated strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of the role.
* Competent in using computer packages such as Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work in a busy environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to organise and prioritise work.
* Driver's Licence.
