Talent Acquisition:o Develop and execute strategies to attract skilled talent for technical and manufacturing roles.o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.o Build a talent pipeline through job boards, networking, and proactive engagement. 2. Workforce Planning and Employee Relations: o Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment strategies with workforce requirements.o Provide advice on workplace relations, including Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Fair Work legislation, and union negotiations.o Participate in enterprise bargaining processes.o Conducting employee relations activities such as investigations and conflict management and coaching on performance management and discipline. 3. HR Operations and Compliance: o Creating, implementing and administering employee policies.o Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.o Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to inform workforce planning and improve hiring processes. o Assist with HR reporting and strategic workforce planning activities. 4. Stakeholder and Candidate Engagement: o Partner with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.o Foster positive relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and professional experience.o Liaising with external providers, including Union representatives, contract service providers and training partners/ organizations. 5. Qualification & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: At least 2 years of HR and recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Skills:o Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools.o Strong organizational and communication skills.o Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
