The Senior Team Leader plays a crucial role in strategically leading and managing multiple service settings aimed at delivering high-quality services to individuals with disabilities in our participate space in Warrnambool.
* Whilst every day is different, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals, focusing on enhancing their community inclusion through a diverse range of group activities conducted within our venues or in the community.
* Leading a skilled team your responsibilities will include fostering strong stakeholder relationships, supporting project work, whilst providing expert advice and guidance to teams, fostering teamwork, collaboration and alignment with organisational values whilst embedding this to team operations.
About You
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience in efficient rostering procedures, with the ability to provide a quality client service whilst maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with all client records and information;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people and situations;
* Practical knowledge, skills and ability to lead, direct and support a geographically dispersed team in the area of providing Individualised supports to people with a disability;
* A demonstrated ability to implement person centred approaches to service delivery and to support others to implement this approach;
* Experience managing and motivating a team, preferably those across multiple service settings and remote workforce.
* Be willing to travel to our varying offices and locations in Warrnambool.
You will need the following:
* Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, or a related field; or a minimum of Certificate IV in Disability with substantial experience in the field; or similar
* Current NDIS Working Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain;
* Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain;
* Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
* Current and Valid Australian Driver’s License;
* Experience with Carelink and SAP will be highly regarded.
