This is a casual 3-5 days per week, roster with varying hours per week, with additional holiday & sick relief hours at times.What We are Looking For:Experience: Previous experience in GP clinics is essential.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems with ease and experience using Best Practice software.Language Skills: Strong command of English, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Professionalism: Courteous, respectful, and dedicated to patient well-being.Passion & Drive: Eager to see our practice thrive and grow.Organization Skills: Meticulous and committed to getting it right.Initiative-taking & Independent: Always ready to improve processes and work without close supervision.Multitasking: Able to juggle tasks while keeping calm under pressure.Integrity: Dependable, ethical, and driven by a genuine desire to make a difference.Flexibility: Ability to work during clinic hours - between 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.Answer phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.Manage administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, billing, faxing, banking, and doctors' needs.Uphold confidentiality of patients.Join our team and become an integral part of a healthcare community dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
