Role An education support class position at this range will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction. This may include coordination of other education support class staff within the work area or educational program. Responsibilities The Reception and Administration Officer will be a proactive and enthusiastic member of the school's administration team, working under the supervision of the Business Manager. The role focuses on maintaining effective and informative communication with parents, staff, students, service providers, and the wider school community. Providing finance support for accounts receivable and payable. Assisting with Year 7 transition. Supporting or coordinating the preparation of standard internal and external communications. Managing the College first aid room and administering first aid as needed. Liaising with school staff regarding support requirements. Performing other duties as required by Business Manager and Principal Team.
