About The Role In this role you will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing comprehensive remuneration and benefits strategies that will support employee attraction, retention, and engagement. The position requires expertise in remuneration frameworks, compliance, analytics, and experience in advising senior stakeholders. Your key areas of responsibilities will include: Remuneration Strategy and Framework Development Reviewing and refining our pay structures, ensuring equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with relevant legislation. Leading the annual salary review process and providing strategic recommendations on adjustments and increments. Conducting external benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive positioning. Conducting remuneration analytics, including pay gap analyses, to inform decision-making and strategy. Benefits Management Designing and overseeing our employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks that enhance employee value propositions. Conducting regular assessments and benchmarking of benefits offerings to ensure they meet employee needs and market standards. Incentives and Rewards Programs Managing short-term and long-term incentive plans to drive performance and retention. Reviewing and implementing recognition and reward programs that reinforce company culture and values. Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory Providing guidance and support to P&E business partners, senior managers, and executives on all matters related to remuneration and benefits. Working closely with Finance and P&E to manage budget impacts and forecasting related to salary and benefits expenses. About You Our ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in remuneration and benefits management, ideally in a large, multi-divisional organisation. Proven experience in salary benchmarking, benefits design, and incentive program development. Demonstrated experience in managing complex data analysis, reporting, and governance processes. Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks, including Mercer or HAY methodology. Ability to manage and interpret large datasets and deliver insights to senior stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
