Their mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual disability through person-centred active support, fostering choice, opportunities, and life skills. Day-to-day, they provide nearly support services for people with disabilities, spanning children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. They offer accommodation services, social and community participation, supported employment, skills development, and support coordination. Your new role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working in collaboration with the executive team. The General Manager Disability Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational excellence in service delivery, overseeing and mentoring Regional Managers, covering 50 Homes across NSW. The position manages a broad range of functions including overseeing operational management, NDIS governance, financial, human resources and compliance with high standards of legislative, regulatory, policy, procedural and reporting requirements. Youll have substantial experience providing outstanding NDIS or similar services and have a record of delivering commercial success in combination with high levels of client satisfaction and a values based perspective on your work. You will support the organisations strategy and promote a positive customer experience. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be an effective and experienced leader with a passion for people development and a track record of galvanising high levels of engagement and building strong, cohesive teams. Further demonstrable skills will include excellent commercial acumen, exceptional execution skills that achieve high performance outcomes and an ability to engage people to deliver on a compelling vision.
