This position is perfect for a dynamic leader ready to make a tangible impact on an evolving organisation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the Technology Team to provide leadership, direction, and support to the IT team, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with organisational goals.Develop and implement IT Strategy, to design and execute robust IT roadmaps tailored to the unique needs of each business within the portfolio.Provide hands-on support and expertise, acting as a technical expert, stepping in to deliver practical solutions and resolve complex technical challenges when required.Drive data-driven decision-making and champion the use of data and analytics across the organisation to inform strategy and operations.Integrate acquired businesses and support the seamless integration of new acquisitions into the organisation’s technology architecture and systems.Adopt and maintain modern security practices across the group.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAt least 5–10 years of experience in technology management, including leading large-scale IT systems, cloud-based ERP programs (e.g., Pronto, SAP), and IT security in business environments.Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, organisational change management, and IT service delivery.Strong experience in managing network technology, implementing multi-area projects, and driving adherence to strategic goals, budgets, and design requirements.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels, present strategic proposals, and foster a collaborative team environment.Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with a relevant tertiary qualification in IT; experience in FMCG, warehousing, or similar industry is highly advantageous.
