Centre Director - Werribee - $120 K + Our client is an exceeding childcare centre located in the Werribee area. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead and manage this BRAND NEW service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and children. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to support growth and success. Lead training and promote professional growth. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets. Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service. Mentor and support the centre/s to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards. Successful applicants will have: Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent. Valid Working with Children Check. An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF). In-depth knowledge of centre operations and regulatory awareness. Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent mentoring and leadership skills. A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education. Strong experience as a centre manager/director in childcare, at least three years in the role.
