We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to provide exceptional front-line service across multiple sites in Central and North Queensland. This role involves a 14:7 DIDO (Drive in and drive out) roster, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
2. Greet and assist guests and clients with professionalism.
3. Manage and maintain records, documentation, and appointments.
4. Prepare and distribute client documents as required.
5. Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, invoicing, and document management.
Minimum Criteria:
6. At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
11. Willingness to work across different sites on a DIDO roster.
12. Knowledge of flight and accommodation systems is a plus.
