We are seeking an experienced Head of Hotel Operations for a vibrant 100-room hotel in Melbourne, featuring a notable F&B concept with a restaurant, bar, and several function rooms catering to corporate and wedding market segments.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including rooms division and F&B services.Manage and lead the hotel workforce, ensuring high operational standards and staff performance.Work within tight budgets and contribute to revenue generation through strategic planning and promotions.Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Coordinate and manage events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.Monitor and analyse financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise profitability. Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.Proven expertise in both rooms division and F&B operational management.Strong financial acumen with experience in working to tight budgets and driving revenue growth.Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing and developing staff.Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
