It's all about the Job As a key member of their team, your role will be diverse and impactful. You will be responsible for providing quotes to their valued customers, managing general office administration duties. You'll work with their manual system, where job sheets come in, and your task will be to efficiently enter job numbers, container shipment codes, and shipment dates into a Excel spreadsheets. Furthermore, you'll coordinate shipments, ensure documents reach clearing agents. While prior knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry is an advantage, they are open to candidates from various backgrounds, as they will provide training to the right fit. It's all about You If you are a detail-oriented individual with a logistics background and perhaps some experience in the same industry, we'd love to hear from you. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and familiarity with Xero is a plus but not essential. They offer flexibility with your work schedule, allowing for a 4-day or 5-day workweek.
