What is the role? As a front of house team member, you are the face of our venue so your ability to make people feel welcome and make them smile is paramount to your success. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting and seating customers Cleaning, clearing and resetting tables Taking orders and making payments Preparing beverages and cocktails Washing and restocking glassware Managing customers and pre-empting RSA issues Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts For specialized roles in Gaming and/or Bar & Cocktail experience is required. What is needed to be successful in this role? Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) – Gaming positions only Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required Ability to work a flexible roster including weekdays, weeknights, weekends and public holidays Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
