Sales / Business Development Manager
Market leading, family-owned business seeks an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new business initiatives, develop relationships with potential B2B customers, and manage sales growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will execute the business plan to reach sales and growth objectives, establishing key customer and supplier relationships. This role is highly autonomous, requiring self-initiative and dedication to organisational success.
Duties:
* Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and market share growth
* Identify, analyse, and evaluate potential new business opportunities
* Enhance brand awareness and recognition
* Establish relationships with key customers and suppliers
* Analyse the competitiveness of products, pricing, and overall market trends
* Travel to meet and develop relationships with new customers as required
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience
* Demonstrated ability to grow sales through new business
* Proven history of achieving sales growth through supporting and maintaining relationships with existing clientele
* Highly effective communication and time management skills
* Experience in the Pool Heater industry or related pool products highly regarded
* Technical background also favourable
