super): $37.68 to $46.80 Hours per fortnight: Up to 76 Employment Status: Up to full-time Closing date: 13/04/2025 The Occupational Health and Safety Team provides specialised injury management advice as well as specialised WorkCover payroll services.
The purpose of this position is to provide professional injury management, RTW and claims management services that are consistent with the strategy of Bendigo Health and to ensure an early, safe and sustainable return to work of injured employees, as well as identifying and supporting Health and Wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
This position is responsible for the overall management and supervision of all Bendigo Health WorkCover claims and return to work processes.
The position will contribute specialist expert advice to the OHS team, collaborate with senior management, injured employees, unions and rehabilitation providers to ensure Return to Work management is timely, effective and meaningful to support injured workers and reduce the impact of lost time hours.

Your New Division The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety.
Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration.
