Job Description
As a Beauty Therapist at Laser Clinics Booragoon, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their vision of confidence inside and out by:
* Delivering results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic-grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
* Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that leave them feeling confident and satisfied.
* Collaborating with a supportive team of passionate professionals who share your love for all things skin and beauty.
* Upholding our values of safety, excellence, and outstanding customer service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A formal qualification in beauty therapy (e.g., Cert IV or Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
* Exceptional technical skills, particularly in skin assessments and treatments (though comprehensive training is provided).
* A commitment to professionalism, including punctuality, organization, and maintaining an impeccable appearance.
* A genuine passion for the beauty industry and making others feel amazing.
* Proven customer service and sales focus, with a track record of delivering superior service and achieving sales targets.
