A high-profile Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced IT Change Manager to lead the development and execution of change strategies, ensuring seamless integration of initiatives across multiple IT teams. The successful IT Change Manager will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to extend for a further 2 x 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful IT Change Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
o Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies.
o Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive change adoption.
o Providing expert advice on change management best practices and methodologies.
o Collaborating with project teams, executives, and business units to ensure smooth transitions.
The successful IT Change Manager will have experience in the following:
o Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives within complex environments.
o Deep expertise in change management frameworks and a hands-on approach.
o Strong stakeholder management with good written and oral skills.
o Experience within large & complex IT environments is essential.
