This full-time position requires flexibility, including availability on weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

Skills & Experience
* Previous management experience, preferably in retail
* Ability to deliver a genuine and unique customer experience
* Proven track record in achieving sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
* Experience in developing and coaching a team
* Hands-on, energetic, and vibrant approach
* Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
* Implements promotional changes
* Develops, trains, and succession plans the team for increased productivity
* Creates a safe working environment for the team and customers
* Rosters the team in line with the store's trading profile
