We are an ethical and high-quality practice providing the full range of corporate and personal insolvency services, underpinned by the commitment to the highest level of financial investigation and recovery skills to the small and medium-sized enterprise market.About the roleYou will join a supportive and energetic team environment of around 45 staff, focusing on formal corporate insolvency engagements including voluntary administrations, receiverships, and liquidations. These engagements may involve the trading and sale of a business, carrying out an investigation, detecting fraudulent conduct, identifying misconduct and criminal behaviour, and recovering assets wherever they are located.Key responsibilitiesApplication of insolvency statutory frameworksLeading formal corporate insolvency engagements, including reporting to appointees and management of the engagement teamPerformance of investigations and recovery of assetsComplex financial analysisWorking with clients to provide advice on a range of matters including unfair preference defences, expert witness reports/litigation support, and negotiation with insolvency firmsWho we're afterHere are some of the key qualifications, skills, and personal attributes we're looking for.
