Your Role:
You will support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care, mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, and be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

Requirements:
Hold a Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood education, hold a current Working with Children Check, experience in leading and managing change, experience in delivering integrated early childhood services, and proven commercial acumen.
