The Difference You’ll Make At Ideally, you’ll step into a high-growth SaaS business that’s transforming market research and consumer insights by making them accessible across entire organisations, driving true consumer centricity. We’re looking for someone to build out our Enterprise offering for mass-market customer service businesses. This includes banking, telecommunications, insurance, QSRs, and superannuation. Your role will be to drive the strategic direction of this offering through growth. Initially focused on Australia and New Zealand, this role will lay the foundation for global expansion. We have two major goals: Go deep and wide into key accounts to drive revenue and build relationships. In the short term, this means generating revenue from key clients; in the long term, it helps us build deeper industry knowledge. Drive new customer acquisition (new logos). We have access to most businesses in New Zealand and Australia. We need to proactively turn them into customers at scale. To succeed, we need to speak the language of Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Customer Officers, and Heads of Insights & Innovation. You need to understand enterprise businesses, their challenges, structures, and what drives decision making. It’s critical that you can navigate organisational barriers, decode decision-makers’ KPIs, and understand how budgets are allocated. Your Core Responsibilities Build deep relationships with our top 10 strategic customers Develop a consultative selling approach, identifying strategic opportunities to use Ideally’s platform to drive ideas and innovation. Act as a strategic advisor on the role of consumer insights and why understanding consumers at scale is invaluable. Collaborate with Customer Success and Research teams to strengthen existing relationships. Support Marketing & Content by bringing your expertise to the forefront. Connect clients and agencies in meaningful ways through Ideally to f oster long term, sticky relationships. Contribute to playbooks for consultative selling in key industry verticals. Elevate our clients’ success, positioning Ideally as an institution for the curious and making insights an essential part of the ideation process. Build a public profile and work towards becoming a thought leader in the space. The Ideal Candidate You have a strategic mindset, executive presence, a strong sales instinct, and natural networking skills. You’re innately curious, thrive in high growth environments, and know how to build, scale, and deepen enterprise relationships. This may include, but is not limited to: Strategic Insight Experts – who have worked within or alongside these organisations and wants to be on the front line of evolving face of research. Seasoned Marketing Directors – who know everything there is to know about Institutional organisations and navigating them, but have a desire for change and to be on the forefront of evolving technology. Agency and Consultant leaders – who are the best of the best strategically and in alignment with clients and understand their business. Platform and media owner sales experts – who can build technology led relationships at scale with c level Enterprise clients i.e if you have been at Sales Force/Adobe, Meta, Tik Tok, Canva, Linkedin and you are over bureaucracy.
