ACRWORLD are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual on behalf of our client, who are a successful Property Maintenance business The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of invoices to our suppliers. Responsibilities: Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely and efficient manner Respond to and resolve invoice-related inquiries from suppliers and internal departments Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and account balances Participate in the improvement and development of invoicing procedures and systems Using portals to submit invoices Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts payable role Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team MYOB Location: Homebush Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum super.
