We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Group Operations Chief Operating Office within the Customer & Corporate Services Division. This critical role bridges business needs with technical solutions, supporting the Group Operations Transformation Program. Initially focused on workflow enhancements for the One Bank Platform (OBP) used in Mortgage Operations, the Senior Business Analyst will ensure improvements align with the needs of business users, partners, and end customers, contributing to the organisation's strategic goals. Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation. Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and data flows to identify improvement opportunities. Define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams. Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to design effective solutions. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for continuous communication. Create detailed documentation such as BRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows. Communicate requirements and project status clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks related to business requirements and implementation. The successful candidate will have: Senior Business Analyst experience, with expertise in large-scale Operations transformation programs and automated workflow solutions. Strong group management and leadership skills, ensuring outcomes are met and corrective actions taken when needed. Skilled in identifying root causes and critical pain points to drive improvement opportunities and data-driven solutions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficient in facilitating solution delivery, removing blockers, and ensuring maximum value from solutions. Agile learner, quick to absorb new information and technology, and able to educate stakeholders effectively.
