The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, awillingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire tomake a difference. As a Home Care Worker, you’ll alsoneed:
* An empathy and commitment to the care of older people
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support OR priorexperience in a related role
* Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007(highly desirable)
* Good interpersonal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
* Availability to attend our 3 day on-boarding program
* Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain
* Current Drivers License, a reliable car with comprehensivecar insurance
