Job Description
Senior MEP Cost Manager undertaking pre and post contract client facing duties for our Real Estate and Infrastructure projects typically both in T&T office and in a client offices. Experience with MEP cost planning, estimating for major utilities, building services, cost reporting, procurement, contract and commercial management.
1. Commission management experience

4. Tender analysis experience
5. Procurement and contract advisory experience
6. Commercial reporting experience
7. Variation assessment experience
8. Team training and best practice
Qualifications
9. RICS, AIQS with Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering degree
