Position Summary CREST Education is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Director of Sport to lead, develop, and oversee a dynamic and inclusive sports program. This role will foster student participation, support athletic excellence, and promote well-being through a diverse range of sporting opportunities aligned with CREST's values. This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing in 2025. The successful candidate will have: The desire to teach in an environment where both Christian values and academic excellence are emphasised. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of sporting pathways. Experience in running sporting academies. A strong commitment to, and understanding of, the importance of sport, both recreational and competitive in the development and education of school students. Strong academic qualifications and/or strong experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in extracurricular, cocurricular and mentoring of students in sport. Minimum Requirements: VIT Registration or valid WWCC. Strong commitment to Christian values and the mission of CREST Education. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
