An opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic Diabetes Education Service - a temporary, parental leave position has become available with the Diabetes Education Team at Western Health.
You will become part of a multidisciplinary team providing diabetes education in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Services include all inpatient wards, diabetes in pregnancy, and diabetes technology outpatient services.
The position is a 12-month, fixed-term contract and may include the need to move between campuses in line with the needs of the service.
