Description Your duties will include but not be limited to: Duties & Responsibilities Video Production & Editing Capture high-quality video footage for internal and external campaigns, events, and social media. Edit and produce engaging videos that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Maintain and organize video content library. Social Media & Campaign Management Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms. Execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies. Graphic Design Design eye-catching graphics for social media, events, presentations, and digital platforms. Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for creative input and feedback. Website Maintenance Update website content regularly, including blogs, event listings, banners, and product information. Work with external web developers or internal teams to improve SEO. Marketing Events Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and promotional activities. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site support. Capture photos and videos during events for post-event marketing. Asset Management Act as the custodian of marketing department assets, including cameras, props, merchandise, design templates, and digital files. Ensure assets are well-maintained, organized, and readily accessible. Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and communications. Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions. Support other marketing functions as needed. Skills And Experiences Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field. 2 years experience in a marketing support or coordination role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools. Hands-on experience in video production and editing. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
