About the Role & Store:
Join our Specsavers Whitford store and experience a stable, high-performing team that has a wealth of knowledge. They are looking for a superstar Supervisor to ease the day-to-day running of the store.
As a Supervisor, you will:
* Collaborate with the Store Manager in coaching the retail team and ensuring professional customer service is always provided.
* Assist the retail team with pre-testing and dispensing.
* Maintain store presentation and inventory control.
* Implement roster changes and drive sales through KPIs.
* Support the day-to-day operations of the store and be front of house support.
* Develop your optical knowledge as an essential part of the role.
Skills and Experience:
Positivity creates possibility! As a Supervisor, you will lead & inspire by exhibiting the following:
* Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership or training experience in a retail/customer service setting.
* Practical Abilities: Experience within the optical industry. Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is highly desired, but not essential.
* Teamwork: Contribute to a thriving store culture by inspiring and motivating your team.
* Proactivity: An efficient response to changing circumstances and delegating tasks effectively.
* Desirable: Prior dispensing experience preferred, but open to candidates who have worked in leadership retail positions.
