About the Role As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's Cost Management team in Sydney.You will be responsible for overseeing a team of highly skilled professionals, driving business development initiatives, and delivering outstanding results on complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cost management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen the team's capabilities. Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Cost Management: Oversee the delivery of cost management services on major projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Develop and implement innovative cost management strategies and methodologies. Conduct detailed cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
