About the Role
An exciting brand-new Melbourne based opportunity as a Relationship Executive (diversified) has now become available within BOQ Specialist! This Relationship Executive role has been created to manage an existing portfolio of diversified customers, with a core focus on customer retention, whilst also building the book through the generation of new business.
As the Relationship Executive in our Commercial team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Promote our commercial product offering to core clients to determine financial situation and objectives, discussing options for the client and developing tailored solutions
* Consistently meet and/or exceed individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a strong focus customer retention
* In conjunction with clients’ accountants, proactively work with clients to understand financial objectives and help implementing plans to realise these objectives
About you
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in commercial lending and managing a busy portfolio of diversified customers
* A passion for providing superior customer service and relationship management
* Previous experience in business development and networking
* Tertiary qualification (desirable)
