Our catering outlets include:Altro Cafe - modern all-day dining and the finest barista-made espressos.Mosaic Kitchen & Bar - modern, high quality meals provided for lunch and dinner service.Functions - we provide meals for over 200 people in our beautiful events room.The successful candidate will have:Completed Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and have extensive restaurant cooking experience.Excellent hygiene and personal presentation.Drive and ambition.Ability to work and supervise confidently in all areas of the kitchen.Strong communication and time management skills.Passion for cooking consistent quality food.If you are interested in working only 20 minutes from Sunshine Coast beaches and beautiful hinterland, we offer a full-time position, competitive salary, modern conditions, and staff recognition.You will need to be available to work over a 7-day roster.
