We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our tightly-knit team.
The ideal candidate will be well-presented, punctual, articulate, honest, and hardworking.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day tasks as they arise, including resolving matters in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare and submit building permit applications using online portals.
Prepare and lodge development and town planning applications for both VIC and NSW.
Review documentation and liaise with relevant authorities and service providers.
Coordinate with our team, trades, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams) Great communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage Compensation:
