This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a minimum of 4 years in the field, including at least 3 years working within Australia. You'll manage all aspects of water and utilities projects, including contractual obligations and commercial management. This position suits someone with contractor-side experience and a proactive approach to delivering results.DUTIES. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water and utilities projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes. Provide leadership on commercial and contractual matters, ensuring compliance and risk management. Monitor project progress and performance, producing detailed reports for stakeholders. Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and alignment on project goals. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. 4–10 years' experience in engineering, with at least 3 years working in the Australian market. Proven experience with contractors (client-side experience is not suitable). At least 2 years' hands-on experience in water and utilities projects. Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, and commercial processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders. CULTURE.
