Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
* Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and services.
* Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Foster a positive and inclusive culture that prioritizes resident well-being and staff satisfaction.
* Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to address needs, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
* Implement and maintain systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facility or operations management in the Aged Care sector with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills and a focus on team development.
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
* Commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care, including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and record of driving change and compliance.
