The CFOA team brings our purpose to life by providing a range of Assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients, from small, fast-growing companies to large entities.
Our clients are often well-known brands with broad international reach.
We focus on using the latest technology to reduce manual testing, ensuring you'll concentrate on the most valuable areas of client service and enhance corporate governance and the reliability of our clients' information.You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:Finance function modernisation: Assisting the shift from transaction processing to data led insights for trusted decision making.Process Optimisation: Process modernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design and continuous monitoring.Finance System Implementation Support: Business Case, chart of accounts design, program management, control design/assurance.Cost optimisation: Determining operating model and commercial benefits to fund modernisation programs.Transactional Change: Considering pre or post deal support from governance, accounting, integration and synergy realisation.In our CFOA team, your impact will be seen by:Scoping projects, developing and executing project plans.Leading project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and high quality deliverables to clients.
Reviewing the work of team members to ensure the quality of our services meets our clients expectations and firm Risk & Quality guidelines.Analysing data, including identifying and providing meaningful insights to clients.Preparing reports and presentations.
