Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role:
The Central Land Council (CLC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976. The CLC represents traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people in the southern half of the Northern Territory—an area of almost 780,000 square kilometres.
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Alice Springs. As the primary HR advisor, you will provide accurate, timely and effective HR support to managers and employees across the CLC.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as a deputy for the HR Manager during their absence, overseeing the HR, Organisational Development, Payroll, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) functions.
* Assist managers and the HR team with complex industrial relations (IR) matters, including leading workplace investigations.
