THE POSITION
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
* Provide outstanding customer service.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays for a well-organized store.
* Handle electronic transactions with accuracy and accountability.
* Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
* Collaborate with management to enhance product offerings and promotions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety regulations.
THE PERSON
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle operational challenges.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
