With a focus on delivering sophisticated end-to-end project management services, they excel in business case analysis, project feasibility, leadership and strategy, team formation, governance, procurement, tendering, design, commissioning, completion, and post-occupancy evaluations.Current and existing projects have been across: Sports & Rec, Education, Retail, Data Centres, Build to Rent Residential, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Healthcare, and Civic.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee equipment procurement, ensuring timely orders and delivery.Monitor project schedules, identifying potential delays and risks.Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to track and manage orders.Ensure equipment is delivered and installed per project timelines.Attend progress meetings, providing status updates and identifying solutions to challenges.Conduct site visits and inspections as required, with occasional travel.About You:Experience in procurement, project management, or construction within data centres or critical infrastructure.Strong understanding of long-lead equipment orders (e.g., switchboards, generators, HVAC, HV systems).Ability to track and manage procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
