About the Role
This opportunity reports to the Customer Care Team Leader and involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting customers with enquiries
* Managing customer correspondence and administration requests
* Accurately recording correspondence in our CRM system
* Liaising with territory managers, sales teams, warehouse staff, and other internal teams
* Processing load kit bookings
* Assisting with generating customer invoices
* Updating customer details
* Investigating missing and partial shipments
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Prior experience in corporate customer service or administration
* An understanding of invoicing and order processing
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Autonomy to work independently and unsupervised
* High attention to detail
