Structural Engineer (Brisbane, QLD)

Our client is a renowned engineering design consultancy with a reputation of delivering landmark projects within the structural, façade, civil, environmental and water sectors. They are seeking an exceptional talent looking to further their career.
Position:
* Be part of a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the development of complex buildings.
* Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
* Ensure the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
* Ensure compliance with WHS and QA/QC.
* Contribute to project planning ensuring delivery within budget and set timeframes.
* Liaise with drafters to prepare documentation.
* Produce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, and reports under the supervision of senior engineers.
* Liaise and coordinate with builders, architects, and other engineers.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will be/possess:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in structural engineering or a related field, from a recognized institution.
* 3 - 5 years of local experience in structural engineering.
* Proven track record working with steel, reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete in multi-level buildings, education, commercial and healthcare projects.
* Obtained or working towards CPEng status preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis.
* Advanced knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools such as ETABS, SpaceGass, RAM Concept, RAPT, Strand 7, Microstean and Inducta software.
* Effective communication skills, empowering you to collaborate with cross-discipline teams, clients and stakeholders effectively.
