Key Responsibilities
* Manage all phases of building projects, from planning and design to construction and completion, ensuring they meet customer needs and quality standards.
* Coordinate with team members, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Handle contracts using various systems to ensure smooth project progress.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and building strong relationships.
* Communicate and work with project teams to stay on schedule and meet milestones.
* Track project budgets and timelines, create reports, and review team performance.
* Support the Senior Project Manager with fee setting, billing approvals, and customer satisfaction.
* Follow and enforce quality standards throughout the project.
