About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee a diverse range of procurement activities and ensure efficient contract management services for the Council Fleet & equipment replacement program.
The successful candidate will facilitate effective vendor management, monitor and manage external vendors, deliver end-to-end tender and contract management services, and lead contract and procurement processes for designated projects.
Key responsibilities include evaluating vendor performance, implementing directives from the Procurement Leadership Team, coordinating Contract Management Plans, and supervising the performance of Fleet Replacement Program team members.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Extensive expertise in procurement and contract coordination
* Proficiency in understanding tender requirements, tender response, tender assessment, tender selection, and tender management
* A comprehensive understanding of procurement principles and processes in Local & State Government
