What you'll be doing Lead a team of Employee Relations professionals and support other functional teams within P&C.Work closely with other members of the HR Leadership team and support and deputise for the Director, Human Resources.Operationalise Alfred Health's strategy and Statement of Priorities.Support Alfred Health to move through a significant period of change.About you You will: be a very experienced Employee Relations practitioner with in-depth knowledge and skills in key areas such as interpreting and implementing workplace legislation and enterprise agreements, change management, policy writing and case management;have experience in working with industrial organisations and appearing in the Fair Work Commission;well-developed leadership skills;have outstanding interpersonal skills, experience in supporting executives and other senior leaders.
You bring strong written and verbal communication skills to work;demonstrate integrity and sensitivity with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality;have strong organisational skills with a commitment to customer focus and problem-solving;ideally have experience in the health sector or similar or the ability to quickly adapt;have relevant tertiary qualifications in either Human Resources Management, Employee/Industrial Relations, or law.If applicable, specify specific requirements that you require in the cover letter or CV.
