The PositionWe are once again seeking an experienced Sales Consultant/Administrator to join our dynamic sales team at GemLife. This time for our brand-new site in Elimbah. If you’re passionate about sales and customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving community from the ground up!The primary responsibility of this role is the sale of our luxury homes, including the management of sales contracts and variations from the initial stages through to post-construction. There will be 404 homes built on this site and every single one of them will be sold! Will that be by you?This is a full-time position with a base salary plus a great commission structure. Initially based at our Moreton Bay site for training.Skills and Experience Required:Advantageous to have prior experience in new home sales, residential sales, or administrative roles within a development or construction firm.Outstanding customer service and client relationship management skills.Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.A high level of attention to detail.A friendly and professional demeanour, capable of maintaining composure under pressure.The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.About UsGemLife, is one of Australia's fastest growing developers of luxury, over 50s residential resorts.
