As Store Manager, you will be the face of MISHA in retail, embodying our brand values and setting the standard for an exceptional client experience. You will lead by example, fostering a high-performance team culture that aligns with our vision of empowering women through contemporary design.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding client service, drive sales, and cultivate lasting relationships.Create an engaging and performance-driven store culture, ensuring every team member represents MISHA's values.Maximize sales potential through exceptional customer service, strong visual merchandising, and a deep understanding of the brand.Ensure the store consistently meets high visual and operational standards, maintaining alignment with MISHA's aesthetic and directives.Oversee store operations, including stockroom management and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Analyze retail KPIs and develop strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures.Manage wage costs, ensuring adherence to targets and company rostering standards.About You: Skills & ExperienceProven experience in luxury fashion retail, with a leadership background.Deep passion for fashion, styling, and the luxury retail space.Strong ability to analyze retail KPIs and implement data-driven strategies.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to connect with VIP clients, customers, and team members.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.Seniority levelMid-Senior level
