Duties and Responsibilities: Review and Approve New Client Onboarding CDD, Periodic Review and name screening alerts; Review and validate CRS and FATCA information disclosed by clients; Review and Approve sanction alerts triggered from payment screening system; Maintenance and administration of CDD Records and Metrics; CDD Periodic Review Management and act as centralised control for CDD overdue; Design and implement rectification plan when there are issues identified in CDD database; Prepare AML statistic report for management; Review and clear Transaction Monitoring alerts cases; Escalate potential risks issues and suspicious activities as identified in transaction monitoring process; Perform further review and Investigation into suspicious transactions or client activities when required; Provide guidance and advice to front office staff on AML/CTF and Sanction issues; Work with front office department to undertake Lookback exercise, reviewing transactions processed in the past and provide timely responses; Monitoring and testing: conduct 2nd line assurance and prepare outcome reports; Develop and deliver training to the front-line staff. Most important attributes required for the position: 3 years KYC/CDD/AML experience gained preferably through Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Wholesale Banking environments Experienced in working onto achieve Key Performance Indicators for CDD/KYC Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for AML/CTF, Correspondent Banking and Sanction Beneficial if ability to speak fluent Mandarin.
