The Technical Implementation Consultant at Jiffi is a key player in owning and delivering high-impact projects and products, leading client engagements, and driving solution design, product management and implementation.
This role is responsible for analysing business needs, designing scalable solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful execution.
The Implementation Consultant still plays a leadership role in project delivery, client advisory, and mentoring junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities Project and Product Delivery & Execution – Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring delivery is completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis – Conduct discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and translate them into actionable technology or process solutions.
Solution Design & Implementation – Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement scalable, integrated solutions that meet client needs.
Process Optimisation & Best Practices – Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimise workflows, systems, and operational strategies.
Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to clients, project teams, and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and key milestones.
Governance & Quality Assurance – Maintain high standards in project governance, ensuring testing, validation, and deployment meet business objectives.
Post-Implementation Support – Ensure smooth solution adoption, conduct post-implementation reviews, and provide ongoing strategic guidance.
Requirements 2+ years of consulting experience in technology, digital transformation, or business strategy.
Proven experience leading projects with successful delivery across multiple industries.
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client expectations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to conduct governance, risk, and compliance assessments in project execution.
Experience with post-implementation advisory to ensure long-term client success.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience in SaaS implementations or enterprise software.
Experience in product management or product ownership roles.
Familiarity with integration frameworks and cloud-based platforms.
Background in change management and user adoption strategies.
Experience in a fast-paced consultancy or technology-driven environment.
